This Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data about our artisan members that sell on our site (our 'Members'), as well as those that visit our website including those that go on to make purchases from our Members (our 'Visitors'). Contact details and membership or account related information: your name and contact information; date of birth; gender (and preferred salutation), preferred communication methods; business name  and business address (if a Member provides this information); bank details and credit card details, your purchase history, your sales history and the details of what you are making available for sale (if you are a Member), your social media handle, any communication between Members and Visitors, any reviews or feedback that you leave on the site (as a Visitor) or that are left about you (as a Member) together with any other information that you decide to give us when you use our website.

Personal information from children: we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16 years of age without the permission of their parent or guardian. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not to allow your children to submit personal data without your permission
